Great location

Great location for visiting the Natural Bridge. Historic hotel, however Wifi very poor. Room was okay a little dated but clean with hot water etc. Only problem was the breakfast situation, supposedly free continental which only offered toast butter and jam yogurt and a bit of fruit with coffee. If the hotel had a large group staying there was a cooked buffet breakfast which was approx $17 that offered scramble eggs bacon and sausage and again the offering of toast. As this hotel is fairly remote the breakfast was very poor. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel.

I had such a restful, peaceful layover in Natural Bridge VA, and specifically at the Natural Bridge Hotel. Staff were so accommodating and helpful, with any request or questions that I had. The area is astounding, and the view I had from my room did not disappoint. I plan on making many stop overs at Natural Bridge and the hotel, as I travel the NE frequently. Highly recommend!!

We had a quick overnight stay while passing through Natural Bridge, but we chose the right place! The beds are extremely comfortable and our room was clean. Check-in was quick and service was friendly.

It was right across from the state park and parking was right out in front. The folks at the desk were very friendly. However -- there were electrical wires sticking out of the wall and they failed to change the towels, remake the bed, etc.

Historic and perfect location hotel

Very good location! Historic hotel yes; needs some aesthetic renovations like chipping paint in the elevator. But our room and bed were very comfortable! And bathroom clean. The views, balcony and tavern was good. But you do need an exterminator—I showered with a spider and brushed my teeth with a stink bug.
