Nice place, staff were accomidating. Then the bath

Please see attached photos. As an RN, public health I can tell you if you have these specimens tested, you will find positive for mold. To the point; Stachybotrys. This is the most toxic of all mold strains. Disinfecting supplies such as hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, cleaning vinegar, or bleach to kill and remove the mold. Otherwise an expensive abatement by a specialized company. **DO NOT MIX these chemicals**. Use of an N95 respirator is a must while around the mold. ***Then there is the mold you can't see behind the tiles, in the wall. How extensive is it? While I was there I kept the bathroom door closed at all times. When using the room, door was open. I had laid a towels over the affected areas as I could to inhibit inhalation of the spores.

Property in disrepair and very dirty. Next to a state prison. We felt unsafe and had to leave.

Overall property is in awful condition. Noisy AC and heating unit. Screen going out on TV, toilet leaking dirty sticky floors and stained couch. Floors in the hallway were uneven and you could only wonder about structural integrity.

Worth the money

The hptel needs to be updated. However it was clean and friendly. The pool area is under construction. The walls are thin It is easy to here hallways talking. But turning on the fan helped.Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Well, I have to say that this was probably the nicest Super 8 that I have stayed in. Reasonable pricing (thru Expedia) and quick and friendly check in. Spacious room with fully functioning amenities. Only complaint would be the sealant around the tub. It needs to be replaced. It looks very unsightly because of the mold growing in and under it. Other than that, the room was quiet and I got a restful nights sleep. Breakfast is included but is the basic waffle iron, pastries, and cereal (a.k.a. continental breakfast). I would stay again though.

If you're looking for a quick place to stay with a clean comfortable bed, but no other amenities, then this is the place to stay. Staff was friendly. CONS: Plumbing issues: Toilet constantly ran. Sink gurgled and backed up with someone else in the building taking a shower. Shower was lukewarm. No swimming pool or hot tub. Outdated facility/ needs maintanence
