The heater was terribly noisy. It woke us up every time it went on during the night. Could use a better shower head. It was so close to the wall it was hard to get under it. Overall, the property needs a facelift. However, the price was balanced with the property. As we were there for State Gymnastics with a lot of families, I’m sure the basic property keeps it affordable to families. The staff (front desk and at the restaurants) were very friendly and helpful.

This was a great hotel to stay in. The price is low so i was sceptical. Yes it needs updates but for the price it was nothing to complain about. Could use bettet toilet paper and new shower heads. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty and had a lot of choices.

I would not recommend staying at this property.

Upon our arrival, we experienced delays in check-in due to computer issues, which lasted a few hours. Once we were able to check in, we found that our room had hair on the toilet seat and floor, indicating a need for better cleaning standards. The furniture in the room was quite dated, resembling styles from the 1980s, and showed signs of wear and damage. Additionally, there was music playing in the hallway outside our room, which was audible throughout the night and affected our comfort. The breakfast provided was not up to expectations, and for those looking to have a late dinner, it's important to note that the town tends to shut down around 9 PM, so planning ahead is essential.

Cleaning staff did not take away towels from the previous guest. The mattress is too soft and we can't sleep well. The room soundproofing is too poor. You can hear noise from outside and surrounding rooms. There is no button to close the elevator doors.
