Great view, quiet, clean, well run with very friendly staff. Had a great and inexpensive spa day and all access to hot minetsl tub, cold dip, and outdoor fireplace. Ty for a great weekend.

Room was clean, staff friendly. I'd recommend a room w/hot tub on the deck, as the actual hot spring pool is relatively small, and can be noisy & cramped at times. The restaurant is actually at the golf course club house....1/3 of a mile up the road. Vgoohowever

The outside is beautiful but really the inside is much older and dated. Hottub on our balcony was slimy and stinky, had to ask staff to come clean, so high price for one of two nights for this was wasted (I couldn’t stay in it, it smelled so bad). Can hear neighbors conversations in rooms next door. Elevator makes very loud clanking noise. Also did couples massage that was an absolute bust. Waited over 10 min in empty room to be checked in and given a robe or any direction. Cold room, window open, people talking outside and in hall, laundry cart rolling loudly down the hall, my massage therapist even said (DURING MY MASSAGE) that she loved my surgical scars…they reminded her of little mermaid. No idea how my MANY scars remind anyone of a cartoon buuuut ok. Music was loud and glitchy then finally quit, one finally put it on their phone. Just a very distracting, not relaxing experience.

Staff is awesome. Thanksgiving meal was cold. Pool was to crowded. At other resorts steam room was included. We were not able to have a couples massage as other resorts offer. All in all, staff was awesome.
