Sleaziest Hotel ever!!!

The water trickled out of the shower head, I could not even take a real shower. Every morning I was there there were cockroaches around the toilet. Water faucet in bathroom sprayed water everywhere no matter how low the flow was on. Non of he electrical receptacles would hold my phone charger as it just fell out and even if held in place it would not charge as no electrical connection was made. Electrical receptacles are cheap and so are shower heads. This hotel made Motel 8 look upscale. I will NEVER again stay at an Americas Best Value Inn.

I reserved a smoki room. He sold it. There was no bathroom light TV did not work pillows were flat and bed was rock hard and today I am in so much pain from the uncomfortable bed, pillows offfered There was also no bath tub only a shower picture was very misleading

What a wreck of a hotel. Yes it was a smoking room on the second floor outside door. Walking to the room was like wondering if the walkway was going to fall off the building. The mattress was hanging 10" off the bed frame. toilet was for a child, I'm 5'7" and had to duck under the corner shower, holes all over the bedspread and sheets, crap dripped off bathroom wall, floors stickey, curtain falling down, air heating unit falling apart and loud.

Get what you pay for

Hotel was a lot worse than the pictures displayed on the profile with multiple issues. Profile is extremely misleading with poor service and quality for our stay. -mildew in the shower -broken door knob/no latch -bed bugs -sponge mattress -smell -smoke detector/fire alarm going off -tv wasn’t working -no security
