Staff was very friendly. Room clean & spacious. The only unfortunate thing is website says indoor pool but the pool hasn't been working for 5 yrs. They have asked corporate to update website numerous times but hasn't happened yet.

Outdoor entrance was unlocked so security not good. Filthy soiled couch in room. Outdated and room smelled. No wifi,iron or coffee maker. Constant drip from shower nozzle. Dirty tub area/hair. Would never go back. Terrible experience.

Rundown. Not great for kids.

The hotel is pretty run down. The pool was out of order. The juice machine didn't work at breakfast. The bathroom door in the room looked like someone had knocked it down and then it had been hastily reattached. Not a great spot of kids. We switched hotels after one night. The one upside was the staff were helpful and understanding.

Our stay was short but nice, the place could use a little renovation but it was clean and sure wish they would put some hooks in the bath room to hang cloths. I would come back again.

This is hard because it was a horrible stay. I hate to say anything about someones appearance but the lady who checked us in had no teeth. None. She was nice but disconcerting to look at her. The lobby was not clean and a mess. The doors down the halls were old and banged up. Our room had new decor and paint but the paint job was done very badly, especially the bathroom. The room had no insulation and cars/trucks/motorcycles driving by were very loud. Obviously the windows were not good either. There was someone very loud in the next room and it went on for hours even after we complained. Like kids running back and forth from one end of room to the other. The trashcan at the side entrance was over flowing from when we arrived until we left. Inside the side door which was not secure with new card system the carpet was filthy, the stairs going up were filthy and there was a dirty rag laying there all day. Make shift grills were along the parking lot side of the building. Old paint bucket being used as a cigarette receptical. Wyndam should inspect these places before putting their name on them. We were afraid to eat breakfast there and left very early the next morning. Wyndam we will never stay at one of your hotels or hotels with you name on them.

Give me a refund

Horrible! Refund please!! Refrigerator kept us up all night. While check in was fine and the room was clean the noisy fridge managed to let us sleep for about 2 hours after a long day. Really not a good experience and really would like a refund.
