Have stayed at least 6 times, in various rooms, over the last 20 years and this will be the last time. The room was a bit dirty, dust and cobwebs. Only One of the 2 mini-splits was working. It was in the 30's at night and cold. The heater that was working was VERY noisy. The blinds were missing from the huge window with the stained glass and built in window bench. Brackets are there but just the bright sun rising in your eyes while in bed. The mattress should be changed, it's obviously old. The shower has two different heads, one was broken and spraying water from around the shower head. It was just awful, it was freezing and bright at 6am, happy 20th anniversary! We did inform the front desk of the issues when we left, no one really cared

Balcony view was very scenic! All the kitchen stuff was very old and dirty so I wouldn't plan to cook there. Otherwise place is very nice and comfy

The view from the top floor was amazing. Space is outdated but in good condition. Location fantastic to access Conway, Kanc, brewery’s and good food Pool steam room and sauna were the highlight- private and open at night

Check in staff were very friendly and gave ideas for things to do. The grounds of the resort were maintained and cleaned. We stayed in the Zurich which was outdated and smelled "old" . We booked our stay through hotels.com, we did not get the room that was shown from the web sight as it looked updated compared to the room that we stayed in.

The room had a wonderful view of the mountains & was clean and comfortable. The lock on the door didn’t work correctly. The resort had a great pool & nice game room. Overall it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Our room had an upstairs and downstairs with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Checking in was easy at the main office and they were helpful with any questions I had. The property had alot amenities, with indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, fitness rooms, hiking trails, and much more. I would highly recommend staying here
