All the staff were great! The towels and sheets were clean. A very dated building inside and outside. Hole in the ceiling. A/C won’t turn off. Carpet unappealing. Bathroom sink started leaking the last night I was there.

Our room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom area was a bit outdated(stained plastic cover over florescent light, chained drain plugs for shower&sink) TV mount was very loose and felt like it would fall off any second. However, it was very quiet and the being was comfortable. Plus we got a free breakfast buffet. Nothing fancy but prepared us for our day.

Check in took close to an hour as they didn’t have a room for us. After searching and asking a colleague, a room somehow became available. Days later, I found that they charged a higher amount than my initial booking. I also found that they charged my credit card for someone else’s stay. They did refund me for the additional room charge but what an inconvenience.

Called to see if we could check in early staff could not find our reservation. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we went to check in staff still could not find the reservation and was not friendly check in took over 20minutes. The roomed smelled like smoke but seemed cleaned. Check out was also a hassle
