I stayed here for two nights, and it was the worst lodging experience I’ve had in a long time. The staff were unfriendly and dismissive from the start. The bathtub was so filthy it had dark dirt-stained rings around it. I took a photo and showed it to the front desk, and their response was shockingly unconcerned — they told me the stains were “permanent.” I’m sorry, but if a bathtub is that dirty, it either needs to be thoroughly cleaned with proper products or the room should be taken offline until repairs are made. For the price I paid, I expected a clean room and staff who cared about basic hygiene and guest satisfaction. Instead, I got indifference and grime. Absolutely unacceptable — I would not stay here again.

Room was great, the back patio looking out into the courtyard was perfect. The elk eating the grass and the bushes between the clubhouse and the pool was unexpected, but we got some great photos!

We drove from Peoria AZ for an overnight to take in the fall foliage and celebrate our son’s birthday. Check in was easy. I booked two delux double rooms and both were clean, comfortable, warm, and inviting. Beds were firm with an adequate amount of softness. Breakfast was decent, however the eggs, bacon, and sausage kept running out before they could refill them. It was too cold to enjoy the pool but we would have if it had been warmer. We had dinner at Fargo (which is accessible from the property) and it was excellent. We recommend Majestic Mountain Inn & will make this our go to for visits up north.

I loved how clean the rooms and propty as a whole was. I really like that this hotel staffs its property with employees so i was able to check in with a service member at the front desk. Everything from the rooms to the beds to the restrooms and outdoor property was amazing

The room was horrible. It looked like the room had not been cleaned in a long time. Wadded up kleenex and floss picks under the bed. Food crumbs under the bed. Mold in the bathroom. Shower didn't work well. A spider and web behind the TV with egg sacks. Carpet was old and stained. Would not recommend this place to anybody.
