The staff was incredibly nice and the property was clean, however, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on. You could feel every single spring in the mattress and every time you moved the sound of them rubbing into each other would wake you up. We ended up leaving a night early rather than endure another night of uncomfortable and limited sleep.

The room was nice as well as the hotel. I would say the only issue I had was when I needed assistance there was no-one available to assist me. I would have to call an number and wait for them to come and assist.

Hotel assigned me a room that was not clean. Then gave a different room with queen beds instead of king with city view as booked. At 3:20 am someone tried to get in the room , stuff in am said they came “to check if bed was ready” Next day was promised to give the room with king bed was never given. Had to request multiple times to get some money back for a downgraded room. I think the hotel has no clue which room is clean and which guest was assigned.
