The carpet was filthy and had stains and a tear, no iron or hair dryer. They did offer to get them for us. Location was awesome, beach awesome, I think we just got a bad room. The hot water was intermittent. We had to call for maintenance 2x.

Overpriced hotel! Everything was an up charge including internet. Saturday evening of our trip upon returning we discovered our room unlocked, yes hotel credited us back for that nights stay however it was only after we asked for explanation of how this occurred and to speak to a manager regarding our room not being secure. Will not be back.

The room was bad. It was suppose to be beach view but was pool view. Shower never got warm and only the hand held of shower worked. The ceiling light and fan kept coming on all night over our bed, we would turn the light off and it would come on again later, about 4 or more times a night.there was not a plug near a mirror to dry hair or use curling iron . The shower part that did work squirted out into the bathroom floor. The air conditioner broke. And there was a fire drill at 6:30 am. Our room was next to the hot tub so we heard all the hot tub conversations. And our last night I got 20 insect bites in the middle of the night. But the pool, beach? Pickleball and tennis courts and driving range were great. Just terrible room.

All the staff was helpful and polite. Hotel is in need of updates in places. You can see where they updated and not. Our room faced the street on the 4th and was very noisy when the balcony door was open. No water bottle filling stations or easy access to filtered water on the property. Easy to get to beach from the main hotel. About 45 min from PBI

The room had some issues and was not Oceanfront as advertised and charged. We asked several times to be moved and while the staff person we continued to talk to was courteous he pretended we would be moved later "as a room became available" but it never happened. I don't mind spending the money for ocean front, but BE oceanfront. We travel to this area often to visit family and now I am not sure we will return to this property. Also, housekeeping had a lot to be desired. each time they serviced the room only half had been actually cleaned.

Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Perfect for a 2 night getaway. A bit disappointed with the “resort credit”, which was $50/night. We had $100 and tried to use it at towards golf and 2 onsite restaurants and weren’t told until we received the checks that “resort credits aren’t accepted here yet”. Tell people at check-in or at least before they dine.

Toilet Handle was hard to flush, no heat in room, carpet had a foul odor, thrown pillows were stain, kitchen sink was dripping water and faucet handles were loose.

The room was clean and big. What staff we came in contact with, were friendly. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted pool side or golf side, I said golf, but what we ended up with was the street side. Wasn’t crazy about that, the fire station across the street was on it. LOL if there is a next time, I will be more specific. The resort lacks simple amenities, like complementary coffee. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
