Avoid This Hotel If You Value Comfort, Cleanliness

My partner and I stayed at the Bridgeway Inn & Suites in Sublimity, Oregon, for four nights, booking the ADA-accessible room. We paid $80 a night—it was a budget option, but at what cost? The experience felt more like a $30–50 skid row motel than a quality budget stay. ADA Room Failures: The room was downstairs as requested, and the shower was walk-in/no step, but that’s where accessibility ended. The towel rack was hanging off the wall upon arrival, and despite multiple requests, maintenance took two days to respond. When they "fixed" it, they merely re-screwed it at an angle, leaving a sharp, jagged metal piece exposed—an injury waiting to happen, especially for someone with mobility issues. Dysfunctional Shower: The ADA shower was so narrow that movement was nearly impossible, and the shower curtain placement made the space even smaller. The showerhead was broken, with two poorly-rigged mounts—one sprayed directly out of the shower onto the floor, while the other was mounted so close to the ceiling that it was useless. When we complained, the front desk told us this was the only shower in the hotel where the showerhead couldn’t be repositioned, meaning we had to either hold it (physically impossible for us due to disability) or awkwardly leave it in a spot where it sprayed inefficiently. Lady at the desk was great. The pool has been shut down for years and should be removed as an amenity showing on the listing . Hotel really sucks , but , it's a safe , dry place to sleep.

One star hotel only because there is no zero!

The entire place smells like cat urine. They wanted to charge me for a dog that did not exist. The price was substantially different than our friends that we checked in with or our online amount. I paid cash because I was not comfortable with them having my cc information.

This is a clean quiet no frills hotel. There is nothing special about the place but it is also not disappointing. The room was clean and it was really quiet at night, which I liked a lot. It’s a great place to lay your head and rest

Not sure were all the hype is..

Booked this room because there were great review online and it had a morning breakfast, but when we got there we were the only ones there staying, the pool and hot tub were closed (but looked just fine and running), the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the room was really dated and in terrible shape, breakfast was a loaf of bread for toast, milk in a pitcher for stale frosted flakes cereal.
