My mattress did seem a little wore out, but everything else was great. The front desk people were wonderful as was the people at the restaurant. Really enjoyed the strong water pressure with the bath and having the shampoos and soaps right in front of us.
I really like the location and easy access on and off the freeway. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was better than I thought! No fault of the hotel, the guest in next room got a little loud at times. I would definitely stay there again.
Staff was very friendly, check in very easy. Hotel and room very clean. Only things that would be nice to add would be a couple different types of pillows and a complimentary coffee area in lobby (only has Starbucks for purchase (but each room has small coffee maker).
After a mix up on the room we originally requested, it was fixed quickly by the front desk. We were very satisfied by how it was handled. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping.
