The drain in the bathroom sink was nearly clogged. The sheets and blankets were tucked in to only reach barely to my waist. I had to redo them. The bath towel was very small, and there was only one. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were all excellent.

The location was great, very close to the Waterside District. Very clean, good bed however two things made it hard for us to give a 5 stars: a noise from the air conditioning unit and the fact you pay for parking. The staff offers a voucher if you ask for it but you still have to pay a daily fee. The staff is helpful, they even offered us a different room if the maintenance person could no get the air conditioning issue repair

I paid for my son to stay here as he had an important audition the next day. He woke to find there was NO WATER in his room and the entire hotel. He could not shower, wash, brush teeth or flush the toilet. The front desk kept telling him the water would be on soon but ot never came on. The last time he called the front desk they told him he should have water in his room, though he sid not. When he checked out they offered NO COMPENSATION. I cant belive I paid $190 for my son to have a hotel room with no water. I will never stay at any Marriott affiliated hotel again. Unbelievable they would treat paying guests so poorly

Comfortable Stay

The staff were friendly and they tried their best. Unfortunately we checked in in the evening around 8pm and there was only one person working the front desk so it took a while to get our keys. The rooms were spacious but old. The sofa had lots of stains and furniture looked dated.
