This place was beautifully set overlooking amazing scenery. It was a welcoming experience to be able to read outside and listen to all of the amazing creatures reading my book and drinking my coffee. It was about 20min away from town which was great when we needed to get to Boone for soccer games. The house has everything and not to mention the wonderful owners who were very supportive when we had questions and were available whenever needed. I’m going to favorite this property to hopefully stay there again in the future!

We had an excellent time at the cottage! We enjoyed the kitchen and the grill, the hot tub, and exploring the property. It’s close to Valle Crucis, which we loved being able to visit often. Also super close to Boone!

Very nice. Beautiful property. Beds and pillows are great! Great communication from the owner. I would definitely stay again. Only thing you might need to know is It only has a window unit for ac, which is not uncommon in mountains. There is not water access at the cabin, but there are hiking trails.

This was a tastefully decorated cabin, with very comfortable beds and very well stocked kitchen. It is the perfect place to relax on the porch in the quiet of the countryside and unwind. About a 30 minute drive to both Boone and Blowing Rock. Would recommend this beautiful cabin for anyone needing time to relax at a very comfortable countryside home.

Wow! This is by far the best cabin we have ever rented. It was beautifully decorated and located in the most serene location. It was secluded from others, and overlooked the most beautiful river. We didn't want to leave. My husband and I have decided that we will always look to see if this cabin is available for any future trips we make to this area. We highly recommend this rental!
