Every thing was wonderful!! Second time staying here . The only issue was we saw on the website the Restaurant was open until 12 and they closed at 10:45. Need to change the information please.

This location was ideal to see the sights in Downtown Sumter. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Very walkable area with plenty of restaurants and a couple of bars. Was a bit noisy as it is close to the hospital and ambulances are coming and going. Wish I had brought headphones.

the first day was wehad to change rooms,there was a problem with the room. The 2nd day was ok. The 3rd day when we were leaving a asked for a receipt I was told I had to get that from the 3rd party I booked through. I have called expedia repeatedly,with no responce. I AM VERY UPSET AND ANFRY. Why is it so difficult to get anyone at Expedia when you need HELP.

The air conditioner was so loud i had to just turn it off. The fridge was broken. Then, i had my do not disturb sign on the door and handyman knocked once then used their key and opened the door. Luckily i wasn't in the shower or at least i had clothes on. Terrible

A bit tired and in need of some updating , but the place beat Any other off the I95 Typical motels . We chose to drive an extra 15 minutes for the Hyatt brand. The street was cute but very sleepy . I think with a few tweaks , this place can come to life .
