This is 2 side of a duplex. I thought I was renting the other side, which shows more updates. I do not know when the prop was checked last. The living room picture window was cracked top to bottom and across. Sometimes things happen. We had issues w the AC 2 times while there, and was not working when we left. I suspect it has been repaired. There is black mold in the bathrooms, not only unhealthy, but gross. I would expect it to be taken care of since I reported it. The cleaning person who came by could not or did not do anything about it. I also had to call for the wifi code - twice bc there was a capital in it. I expect that it will be easily visible in the unit. The last thing I want to do on vac is deal with this. As some compensation, we were allowed late check out. Knives are not sharp. Beds were comfortable. The ease of walking out onto your deck, or walk to the beach was the best! Plenty of seating. We had a good time regardless. I expect the above will not be a prblm for you. The management could not be nicer.
