Bad stay

I paid for 2 rooms for 4 people. The property refused to allow 1 member of our party to check in because her wallet was stolen last week and only had a picture of her identification. Luckily she had family here. But still ruined our families vacation

No fridge or microwave-musty rooms unfriendly staff asked for hot chocolate and was told they had ran out weeks ago and hadn’t gotten anymore SORRY 😳

The room was noisy the room across the hall was very loud they had a dog that barked a lot the owner yelled at it using profanity most of the night and early morning.

I chose this motel because it was rated as "Good" and it was economical. What the description should gave said is "Cheap" and exprect the furnishings to be tge same! I wasnt expecting luxury but what i got qas a sloppy mattress with no boxspring on an old metal frame! Ive had college bedrooms with berrter beds! Woukd nit recommend and personally i will avoid Motel 6 as future placec to stay.

The accommodations were clean check in was quick. Easy access from and back to freeway room was small but complete for overnight stay, had a desk that was perfect for catching up on computer work.

The room was clean and comfortable, except for one mattress was worn out. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. The only other complaint I have is they didn’t have any kind of breakfast, not even a donut. On the plus side, it was very quiet and had a nice per area that was well lighted. But the staff were the crowning glory of this motel. Every individual that I spoke to, and I talked to four of them, was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I enjoyed talking to them all and they all were very helpful in the instances that I needed some help. I highly recommend this model, but I suggest they as at least a minimum breakfast.
