The room had a strong chemical smell and made me sick. The AC was in the corner and didn’t cool the room. There was not a microwave in the room, it was with the ice machine-NOT.

The Expedia component was terrible. I booked my trip on 8/20 for 9/10 arrival. Upon checking in on 9/10 the reservation was not there on the hotel's end as Expedia apparently never sent the confirmation over to the hotel. I waited 90 minutes late evening before the front desk was able to reach someone at Expedia (they hung up on him the first time, second time was no better and claimed it might take three hours for the confirmation to be sent to the hotel). So then I had to call Expedia and after stressing out too long over this problem it was decided canceling the reservation and booking it directly was the best option from a stop wasting time approach because we needed to go to bed and get up early. The total price was vastly higher and disappointing and too much time wasted. Very unfortunate as Expedia has been great previously with multiple recent bookings over the last three months but now I am considering not using this service any longer.

Awesome service

The shower is amazing! Yes it's an older hotel with a few cosmetic issues like peeling paint but the Manager Ryan is amazing. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff at breakfast very friendly.

Checking in and out was very quick & easy. Kept clean and tidy. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the dining area has a nice view of the other side of the valley and the interstate. Room was comfortable, internet access strong, and very quiet with comfortable beds. There is thematic decor -- for example, you can pose with the posed bears decorating the lobby. Easy access to & from the interstate and plenty of places to eat, shop, and fill up the tank before you conduct your business, enjoy your trip to the area, or get back on the road.
