I always book the Embassy, Staff etc. was always great, but this Stay, I was above the Power Unit up on the 4th, but it sounded as if the Air Con. kept coming on, but my usual room is slightly on the other side of the Lift, but Breakfast is great, self Serv or other.

We were so pleased with this hotel. It had virtually everything you could hope to have, plus more. The free breakfast buffet and fresh, made-to-order omelets were fantastic. Coffee service in the lobby was very helpful and appreciated too. Will definitely consider staying there again!

Embassy is always a good choice. Can't beat the breakfast. Did find some clothes from prior guests shoved down in chair coushions. Apparently house keeping doesn't sweep down into coushions.

We stayed at Embassy Suites Marlborough for a family vacation. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean, updated, and well kept. Of course, the best part of the stay (and the reason we booked this hotel) was the breakfast with the made-to-order omelets. Embassy Suites has always been a family favorite and this one did not disappoint. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great hotel, but Soft beds.

We loved the hotel and had a two bed sweet with a bedroom. However, the beds were too soft and unsupportive. My wife and I like firmer and wider beds . Also, our 17 years old grandson disliked the fold out sofa bed and didn't get a good night's sleep. Neither did my wife and I, unfortunately. Our granddaughter was fine in the second bed. We loved everything else about the hotel.
