This hotel was very dirty. Was told staff called in that day and they were having to move people around that didnt have a standard room because of it. This made everyones checkin take much longer. I was 3rd in line and it took almost 30 minutes. We had diety towels left over im bathroom from previous guests but beds were made. Looked like mold in bathroom as well. Had a rom of kids running around unsupervised and not enough staff to keep itnfrom happened so the main areas got dirty and wer from pool area. I definitely wouldn't recommend it unless younwere in a pinch.

The floors in the room and bathroom were dirty. There was hair all over the toilet and floors, grime along the edges of the floors. The walls were disgusting. The mirror had hand prints and smears all over. There was a pair of shoes left in the room from whoever stayed before. The mattresses had yellow stains all over. The room smelled like urine. We wouldn’t even take our shoes off in the room. They ran out of clean shower towels. They ran out of breakfast.

The beds were like hammocks. Soft snd warn. The curtains were torn in multiple places and badly stained. The room smells pf dog pee. The furniture's stained. People gathered in parking lot to pary and smoke

The young man who checked is in was very polite and apologetic about conditions, but the rooms were so gross we left the hotel. I had read online that the property had been renovated in the past few years, but you could not tell. Hall carpet was wrinkled and stained, the elevator was dirty and loud, and the furniture in our room was ancient. The first room we checked into smelled like smoke, had overflowing trash cans, and there was a ton of hair in the beds. I asked if we could move to a different room and if they thought it would be cleaner. The poor guy at the front desk gave us a second room on the same floor. Immediately when I walked in, there was a strong rotten fruit smell, which was odd. The floor was filthy and hadn't been vacuumed in the last several guests and I didn't see much beyond that, because there was vomit on the floor in a corner. I left at that point. The clerk offered a refund and said he would approve it through Expedia, but now the hotel is refusing and Expedia is offering no assistance. Last time I book through a 3rd party AND the last time I go anywhere near a Country Inn!

Front desk service wasn’t too friendly and there was no type of transportation service available. If you don’t have your own transportation, then you will be stuck in the hotel, however my room was comfortable for the stay.

Would not recommend staying here.

I am not one to complain, but our stay was terrible. Things were clean-ish, definitely need some updates, which is fine by me. However, check-out it at noon. We had housekeeping knock on our door at 9:30 and 10:30 asking us if we needed more time before leaving. We didn’t have bedding for the pull out couch, we tried calling the front desk twice and our phone wasn’t working. We finally went to the front desk to get what we needed. The next morning we didn’t have shampoo for our shower, we asked housekeeping one of the two times they were trying to hurry us out of our room, she said she didn’t have any on her cart and left. Check in was incredibly quick and front desk staff were incredibly nice. One elevator was also broken, so we had to take the stairs with 3 kids and luggage.

Horrible! Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, sofabed had visibly dirty sheets, beds were old, felt every spring, comforters stained, shower curtain moldy, and the final straw was the bathroom door was broken and couldn’t shut!
