I stayed here for 4 months and my rates kept going up even when I had a locked in rate. Rooms are infested with roaches. I'm literally spraying a can of roach spray everyday and night Washer and dryer always not working. I wouldn't recommend staying here

Careful as there’s no early departure. Once you book through Hotels.com this hotel will tell you you’re stuck with the whole stay. I checked out early because the place was filthy, unsafe, loud and I had to get out fast. Site management doesn’t care to take care of the place or care for me as a customer. Don’t recommend it!

Check-in is slow in my opinion. Place was dirty with stains and “gunk” on the walls and floors. Bathroom toilet was clean and the shower but everything else was worn down or broken. Shower head and faucets where loose and leaking. The shower didn’t even drain properly. The paint rubs off if you lean anything against it. Bed sheets were clean but pillows are flat. All the lamps had something wrong with them missing light bulbs, broken chargers, etc. definitely wouldn’t stay agin. ESPECIALLY FOR 113$ a night.

The rest room needed repairs the tub had no stopper and the shower head needed repaired it had painter tape on it the shower curtain rod was damaged and barely hanging on the wall

Staff was friendly. The property and general area were more sketchy than I had anticipated. The room was slightly misleading from the pictures, especially the bathroom. There wasn't any courtesy shampoo and conditioner bottles, though I'm not sure if there was supposed to be. Blackout curtains would have been nice since it's outdoors where anyone could try and look in. The bed frame caved in the second we laid down. When we tried to adjust it, there was a beer bottle and dirty socks under there.

"Our room was extremely dirty, with stains on the sheets and dust covering all the surfaces. The AC unit was loud and broken, and there was a damp, moldy smell coming from the bathroom. The shower fixture was also loose and wouldn't turn on properly, and the whole place felt run down,"
