LOUD!!!

People at front desk were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Hotel’s appearance was fresh and modern. My only complaint (which the staff can do nothing about) is that the building was not constructed to minimize sound. We could hear the person upstairs walking back and forth above us (for a ridiculous amount of time). Could hear the person in the room next to us sneezing and all morning, up and down the hall, doors slamming. The room, overall property and staff were great.

I liked that it was clean everywhere. All the staff was friendly and helpful whether on the phone or in person. My room was near the lobby and I could hear louder sounds from there but it got quiet by evening. I never heard any noise from adjacent rooms. So I slept well. I would recommend a room on another floor but that’s true anywhere. I’ll remember on my next trip. I would stay there again and recommend it.

Good location and clean

Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Good lighting in parking lot area. Easy access to hotel off the frontage road. Nice seating area in lobby to sit and visit with family and friends. Did not have any issues with the room we stayed in.
