Horrible hotel. Elevator does not work. No hot water. Room is in serious need of deep clean. Foreign staff, cannot understand their english. Do not stay here, there are better choices in the area.

Stayed for one night to visit family for Easter. Was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive whirlpool suite was so decided to splurge. Really enjoyed the design with fireplace and kitchen bar area connected to whirlpool. Front elevator was down so either had to use stairs or back elevator to get to upper floors.

Terrible experience, multiple disruptions from a stayer which required multiple calls to the police from hotel management. The chaos did not stop until about 3am. I was promised a refund since I was right next to the disruption... it has not processed.

Wish the pictures were more honest

I picked this hotel for 2 reason, the first it was close to my destination where my meeting is. the second I have an EV and they listed that they had EV charging, this was just not true. The EV chargers were all busted or in various states of disrepair. Further the hotel looked like it was under renovation. The rooms were a mix of new flooring but old paint on the wall. The bathroom was not any better. The shower fixtures looked like they hadnt been changed in many years with limescale build up.

Ok stay for the price

The room was very clean and nice but the walls were very thin and the family staying next to us had kids that were up till almost midnight and the parents let the yell and scream and have no respect for others. Made my stay very uncomfortable. Was very relived when they finally went to sleep. The hot tub was also not working and they had no clue what a laundry bag was when we asked. Overalll was an ok stay.

The property needs some tlc. Hot tub was broke which we knew from previous reviews. Front elevator was out of order. Pool was nice but cold. Some of the games in arcade were not working. If just looking for a place to sleep then not bad for the price.

The female manager was very rude to the kids when pool was closing. She’s lucky I was up in the room or we would have had some words!! My 2 year old was mimicking her screaming pooools cloooosed at the top of his lungs in a very rude manner over an over again when he got back to the room. Idk the name of the female manager that stopped by just to be rude to children then leave Saturday night around 10 pm.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a family wedding. Here are the pros and cons of this hotel. Pros: Indoor pool had plenty of room and was warm enough to swim in Room was nice and spacious Kitchenette was a nice touch Staff were kind and helpful Cons Informed upon arrival that hot tub was out of order Room lacked full cleaning and had hair in the bathroom Paint was chipping in various areas Heating/cooling unit was unplugged and we had to search for where the plug-in was located Restaurant was overpriced for quality and quantity received Game room games didn't have how many tokens were required for each game, you'd just have to feed tokens in until it started Beds were uncomfortable and old (indents from where people slept)

Couple day get away

Price was really good. Stayed during the week. Had the king suite with hot tub and fireplace. Both worked great. It was quite great service. Only beg part was the hot tub by the pool was broken. All in all great experience would stay there again
