Friendly staff - clean

We didn’t have hand soap in dispenser by sink and TV remote didn’t work. The young lady at front desk resolved both problems as soon as she was informed. The room was clean but noisy.

The shower had hair in it when we arrived and the walls are paper thin. Room was comfortable enough and shower water pressure was good staff is friendly but won’t stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

We were in town for an event and the hotel was able to meet our needs as far as Comfort and experience. The only thing is that the hotel does not have an elevator and upon checking in they try to put us on the second floor which would not meet my needs without an elevator. The receptionist was very accommodating and moved us to the first floor but I was surprised to see a 2 story level Hotel does not have an elevator.

10 pm quiet time not enforced

Wish I could give this cute property a good review, but if property rules are quiet by 10 pm it must be enforced. We were awaken after midnight by a couple next door who were very loud. The drama continued for over 3 hours even after we called the front desk.
