I arrived to the hotel and looked at the bed for bedbugs (like I always do) and I don’t see bed bugs, but I see black particles all over the bed. I immediately call the front desk and ask them to change the sheets - the guy at the front desk brings me new sheets and expects me to clean the sheets, myself. I said, “no, I am paying for this, please go get someone to change these sheets.” They come in and change the sheets. I then go into the bathroom and there are two specks of something that looks like dirt or poop. The floors did not get swept. The dead bold got stuck locking and unlocking. As a young woman traveling alone, it’s cheap but it’s not worth it due to the unsafe nature and the uncleanliness.

Stay Elsewhere!

Room had holes in bathroom walls, broken furniture. Door had gaps and so noise from nearby road was an issue. Property just being run into the ground. Don't let lower cost lure you in.

Staff care and attitude was great. When I needed a replacement towel, they immediately took care of me. The construction environment did kick up the cockroach problem as I had a few in my room (236).

Roaches and mold in room. Room was very dirty the kind of dirty where they only dust not actually wipe down doors or anything so the dirt accummulates. The staff was not very understanding of the situation. You can not understand them nor can they understand you as they speak another language. The continental breakfast was a joke, only decaf coffee, a few slices of bread (not there the next day), raisin bran cereal (only choice), you could make a hot waffle, but the half and half offered was spoiled and was not changed out either morning. The parking lot was full of debris such as building materials and rocks, etc. The coffee establishment next door blasts music on their outdoor speakers past 10pm. Do not stay here if you want anything to be clean or anyone to care about your stay, breakfast non-existent.

Over priced

Over priced. Paint chipping. Bathtub wouldn’t shut off, ran constantly. Hair dryer and bracket fell off the wall. Electronic plug in bathroom didn’t work. Room was clean.
