I love the staff always there to help or make your stay the best the manager is by far my favorite he’s so caring and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you have the best experience

The only good thing about the property is the staff. The room smelled so strongly of smoke I nearly threw up. The stove top was broken and crusted with filth, missing the knobs to turn it on. The fire alarms were both removed, the sprinkler was busted, the sheets were dirty on the bed, the building is visibly falling apart at the seams with rotten plaster and exposed, rusty metal. Perfect for staging a horror film, only barely tolerable for sleeping one night in a room that has a locking door, I personally am never staying there again.

I travel a lot around the world and have stayed in many hotels of different categories, from budget to luxury. But I have never experienced anything as terrible as this place. The hotel is extremely dirty, it smells awful, and everything is soaked with cigarette smoke. The atmosphere is disgusting and completely unacceptable for any hotel, no matter the price. The girl at the reception treats guests horribly. She is rude, disrespectful, and makes you feel unwelcome from the very first moment. Honestly, I don’t understand why this hotel is even allowed to stay open. It should be closed down. I am truly speechless. The only positive impression I had was from the male receptionist — he was polite and professional. But the girl at the front desk is an absolute nightmare.

Room was untidy, underwear found in bathroom Mattress stained Cockroaches in drawers It was a very run down motel and quite frankly we should be offered a refund.

room dirty and not clean, only one microwave oven for the entire hotel. No radio, no alarm clock, and internet was very slow and kept cutting out. The vending machine "took" 2 dollars from me. Also vending mchne kept rejecting coins. Non smoking room had slight smoke odor.

No chair to sit in but it had a big table. No fridge, the remote did not work. The outlet covers are wide open. And there was not even a TRASH CAN in the room. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 30 years of traveling. The place should be shut done
