Hotel needs updating

Hotel shows wear externally and within the room. Musty odor upon entering the room. Mattress was saggy and worn. Toilet seat was so worn the white was rubbed off. Rug in the hallway and stairs is worn.

The hotel is located in a decent spot. I learned quickly that everything is walkable in McCall. There's a nice restaurant just across the street and downtown is just three blocks away. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. Zero problems. My only criticism is that the hotel is a little dated. While dated, it was clean and for the price, it was a great place to stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable regarding the community. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was very good with eggs, homemade waffles, cereals, great coffee, juice, yogurt. and fruit. A stark contrast from hotels advertising breakfast and you find muffins and wrapped pastry from a big box store and lousy coffee. The hotel and room decor was modern, clean looking and very nice overall. Will definitely return.

My 5th or 6th stay….like the hotel and the room. Need to replace the mattress as all I did was roll down to the middle . Also strongly suggest larger size bath towels. Thank you
