Check in was quick and the representative was courteous and kind. Our room was spotless and very nice. Had everything we could want! The bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was great and the attendants were beyond nice & helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

We have always enjoyed a Hampton Inn until this experience. We asked for a room with a tub near the stairs on the top floor. When we arrived to check in, we asked for a room facing the parking lot (based on guest reviews). We were given a handicap accessible room on the 2nd floor with a shower located right in front of the elevator. I question the accessibility of the room. The door was extremely heavy and hard to push open. I can’t imagine how hard it would be from a wheelchair! The shower curtain was 6” too short so the floor got quite wet and caused me to slip. The outlet beside the counter was crooked in the wall and very difficult to use. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. There were premade cheese omelets that looked so processed we didn’t even try them. The apple we got was way past its prime.

Hotel appears to have been recently updated and looks great! Room was clean, breakfast was good and you can’t beat the shuttle service to and from Busch Gardens.
