The hotel itself was very clean, the area right in front of the hotel is good the Main Street leading to the hotel(about 1/2 block) does not look safe.

Nice location. Wawa sits in front, very comfortable stay. One thing I do not like is when breakfast runs out before the end time, make sure you be 30 mins before it end if you want to eat the hotel breakfast and at night we would have to turn the temperature down to stay comfortable.

We stayed the day before our cruise and received great service. The breakfast was good, the front desk staff was awesome and the shuttle driver was informative and hilarious.

Breakfast was excellent Stayed here prior to a cruise I was able to leave my car and use their shuttle The shuttle driver gave us a mini tour on the way to the port. Thank you to him for the excellent customer service.

Wonderfully and Pleasantly Surprised - Great Value

My stay was wonderful. The room was great: clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. My husband even remarked how well he slept. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Most hotels we frequent don't have non-pork options, but we were happy to have turkey sausage available. Also hooks to hang towels and clothing were available and a nice area to put our duffel bags and carry-ons. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping areas was also convenient. Most important I felt the value for money compared to other hotels put the icing on the cake. I haven't had an opportunity in the past to frequent Holiday Inns but I'm glad that I was able to stay with them on my most recent trip. The decor of this hotel including the decor of the room was very pleasing to the eye for me. Next time, I'll upgrade to a larger suite, if possible, but don't take that comment as a complaint - the room was wonderful and met our needs for our 2-night stay. Nice stay service was good front desk was very pleasent helpful....the covers and sheets couldve been cleaner i saw some stains on the covers when i told the front desk they did bring up new covers so its not big deal

What I didn’t like was sitting in dining room and hearing staff mention about kids left unattended to serve while parents sit, and then one of the staff says out loud “people think this is a buffet and it isn’t”. I was the only person sitting in dining room at the time. I just got up threw my stuff in garbage and walked to my room.
