When i called for things needed took a while and last day i requested for towels took almost 30 min i had to ask a housekeeper outside for stuff and when i came back from loading stuff in car around 11:15 my door was locked key didn’t work and my son was in room in shower not answering shouldn’t happen when it’s a 12 o’clock checkout time i was very frustrated with that !

Overall nice for a one or two night stay. Check in was simple and easy. Once we got to the room, the room temp was set on 60 but it definately was not 60 in the room. Cold air was coming out but the room never really got cool. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers so we wouldn’t get too hot at night.

For paying $300/night for an at best worth 150. Come on it’s a Holiday Inn. But this was the cheapest of the hotels near the airport. Terrible toilet paper! Parking was self parking that you had to pay$12 for! There was no decent parking. Come to find out there was a Metallica concert in the area that night so all of the hotels were overpriced! Shame on them!!! We were going to the airport on a 3am flight that is the only reason why we were there!

The hotel staff is probably doing the best they can but the rooms are not that clean. They are all very outdated and the air conditioning barely works. I ended up with 3 different rooms in my first hour. I just settled with the last one because I was exhausted from the drive and moving around. The hotel staff did attempt to accommodate with the resources available which was changing into vacant rooms but I do see why the hotel had so many vacancies. Not worth the stay. HOWEVER, nice area!

The room I was assigned was supposed to have AC just like the rest of the hotel but it didn’t work. I was told maintenance isn’t available to fix it until 8am. No one ever came to fix it. I was told someone was going to reach out to a manager and I never heard back. I’ve stayed at some budget places but this has by far been the worst ever. I don’t know why you’d want to be a jerk and not refund someone whose room was not as described. It’s not even the money it’s the principle that it was not acceptable for leave the AC unit down.
