The front desk was very helpful. It is on a busy road and cars go by revving their engines but it is to be expected. The rooms are well appointed. They have a shuttle to the cruise and a free breakfast so I will put up with noise. Nothing that they could do about that anyway.

Nice Hotel

Really nice hotel, beds and pillows were sooo comfy! Convenient location, near the river walk and cruise port. Check in and check out were quick. Good selection of items for breakfast. ATM and shop/Starbucks located in the hotel. Traffic noise was loud outside, if you get a room facing the road.

We liked that it was very close to cruise port and they shuttled us there. The pool area was nice as was the gas grills available for use. A publix store was one block away. Several bars and restaurants close by. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety. There is a trolley nearby that goes to downtown tampa and ybor areas.

We stayed while attending an event at Amalie arena and were so happy to find out about the free trolley that ran every 15 minutes. We used it for easy transport to and from the hockey game. The area was safe and everything was close to the hotel. Staff was soooo friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown Channel district.

Convenient central Tampa hotel.

Comfortable hotel in great location close to downtown Tampa and 10 minutes walk from cruise ship terminals and free tram service. Great breakfast and lots of restaurants nearby. Room has well equipped kitchenette and is very spacious.

Close to everything great service

We got this hotel prior to leaving on a cruise. Food in the morning was amazing lots of selection and the hotel was so great at organizing our shuttle to the port. I loved how close this hotel is to convenience stores. Also loved the coffee shop connected to the hotel. We only stay one short night but great experience overall.
