The front desk staff was not very polite or helpful. The elevators were slow and need service. The room was dated and my room smelled like mildew. Beds are hard and pillows were lumpy.

Stuck after needing room for night. Expense. Cut rate room. No coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Pool area closed. No places to sit ouside. Dated room. Upside breakfast lady very nice. If you needed, across street from Busch gardens. Room was clean, but for 1 baby roach i killed in bathroom.2. Expected more for price.

The pool was closed for repairs. We were not allowed to sit and relax in pool area. At breakfast there was sausage but no eggs. The facility looked very old but it was at least clean. No body wash in shower , only shampoo.

Very misleading, no sense of security!

The pictures on the site are very deceiving, I asked if the rooms were inside the building I kept being told yes, the rooms or not the doors were outside and was definitely not safe for two women traveling with two children. We were told to just go take a look at the room upon entering the room the door wouldn't even shut all the way and lock and looked like it had been busted open previously. We instantly asked for a refund and had to find another hotel in the area that would be safe in the rooms located inside the building.

I saw a roach in the bathroom. Not a palmetto bug either which are common in Florida. German roach which are very difficult to get rid of. Beds smelled like strong bleach. The hotel did look nice as it had been remodeled in some areas. Door was stiff and hard to open. The front desk was very friendly. Location was good.

The property needs a face lift especially room 242. Door needs fixing, bathroom leaking water, and it's noisy. You can hear everything that happens outside.

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. We didn't want to pay $300 for one night just because we had a small dog. The room was clean and looked like it was recently renovated. It was no different from the HomeSuites where we had recently stayed.

The property is under renovation when you walk in the area at the service desk and stuff is wonderful as you’re walking to your room. It’s the kind of hotel where the doors are on the outside and it’s not clean looking when we got to the room. it looked exactly like the photo it looked like it had been redone. I don’t know if they have not been in there since they redone it, but apparently there must’ve been a leak or something. The ceiling was full mode, and there was cockroaches in the room and a hole in the ceiling and the corner so I think you have a leak from maybe above I’m not sure.
