The rooms needs to be cleaned better and why upgrade the furniture but not the bathroom, tubs and tile. The tile had cracks and tub had dark blemishes and scratches. The tile needed to be mopped as well. The attendant overseeing the breakfast area is very nice and attentive. She made the stay more enjoyable….

Disaster starting with check-in

Started no one at desk and 5 of us waiting. First 3 wanted change, 4th person wanted towels, and got them, then started on a screaming rant, walked out and came back screaming at least 2 more times. Desk lady called 911 and was rattled and shaking. Police offered no assist. Screamer out in parking lot staring in. I was finally checked in. Room comfortable, good electric, nice hot water, great towels. Bathroom #103 has mis fit toilet tank top and needs caulk in shower. Breakfast person did great job, clean and stocked well.

It’s a “you get what you pay for” situation. The room was clean, but there were some cosmetic issues - broken tiles, stains on the mirrors and in the sink. The bed was comfy. The walls are thin. Overall I’d stay there again if the price was right.

Functional for a Short Stay, but Far from Polished

Stayed here for work. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciated after long days. The location is convenient, and check-in was easy. That said, the room was extremely humid—likely from the AC unit not properly dehumidifying the space. The bathroom looked like it had a recent renovation, but it felt rushed or unfinished, with visible shortcuts taken in the work. Overall, it’s fine for a short work stay if you’re not expecting much, but the property could benefit from better upkeep and more attention to detail.

Not the best option for a hotel, we’ve arrived early for check in, it’s the first time I was denied a early check in haven’t not slept in awhile I did not appreciate that, after that the room was fine the ac could be updated, also the check out was at 11 am but we heard a knock at 1045 to ask us if we were staying or leaving

I have stayed at this hotel years ago and it was fine. Today however it’s a disaster. Filthy dirty and in disrepair. The bathroom toilet, shower and shower head are a total loss beyond disgusting. One guy who has been in this hotel for over a couple of months told me this hotel was used as a FEMA hotel and was totally destroyed by people who stayed here. It’s obvious something very bad has taken over this once lovely hotel. I would never stay here again and the owners should be embarrassed. If I would have had the time I would have fought for a total refund…
