WOW just a 5 min walk from the Plaza, just off the main road (really watch for the small parking sign!), AMAZING staff, wonderful rooms, quiet, WOW!

Quaint hotel in downtown Taos, interesting rooms and nice onsite restaurant where I enjoyed the food a lot. Room was a bit older and kind of dark but ok. Neat artist gallery across the way. Main street was under construction so that created some issues with access but that's not the hotels problem.

The place was lovely and the service was great. Taos is having some public works projects so the roads around the historic district are challenging but no fault of the lovely Inn.

Very nice historic hotel

There was a problem with the original room they put me in. The front desk responded quickly and when the hotel rep determined they couldn’t fix it right away, they gave me another room that was a nice upgrade. I really appreciated their response.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Construction on the street posed last-minute difficulties in accessing the property. The woman on the desk literally "talked us in" while juggling check-in duties. SHE was remarkably calm and efficient. The property is beautiful, the food in the restaurant super yummy, and the rooms cozy and restful. We will be back. This one's a gem!

Comfortable rooms, wondeful staff.

We loved our stay at the Taos Inn! The room was perfect with a little kiva fireplace that ws easy to start a fire in, the staff was so friendly & accomodating. We arrived the 1st night later than we wanted. We called ahead and asked if we could still have dinner when we arrived even though the restaurant would be closing shortly after we arrived, they said of course. We had wonderful blue corn tortilla enchiladas when we arrived, yummy Perfect Margaritas; the best dinner we could have asked for. I loved that it is centrally located but the hacienda style courtyards still meant we had a quaint and quiet room.

Change those bulbs!

Well-built rooms and fairly comfortable, but interior experience made rather unpleasant by the too-bright and cold-white bulbs in every lamp. Hideous lighting.

Worst room I’ve ever rented, misrepresented by website. I had to rent a room at another motel because yours was so bad. When I talked to lady at front desk she said I needed to contact you. I tried with no luck.

Positives: Staff, location, dining, bar, charm (we have family in Taos and live in NM so understand NM decor charm. Challenging 1. Old soft mattress - so moved to another room 2. Single pane window - room freezing so got space heater and 2 extra blankets). Taos Inn is the real deal just know that historic places are charming and challenging. What’s great are all the things mentioned!
