This stay was absolutely atrocious and I do not believe these other reviews are staged!!! There was only one friendly staff person and we only saw her 1 day, and the rest of the staff was ridiculously rude and just plain nasty!!! All of their information is incorrect and they are proof that you can take good pictures. They advertise breakfast, and they don’t have a restaurant!! They advertise shops onsite. WHERE?!?! They are a rag tag location and now we know why they draw you in with fake information and low prices. I hope you take this as a true warning NOT TO STAY HERE!!!! Room service was non-existent and the rooms were gross. We had to BEG for clean towels, and that was if you could find anyone to help!! HORRIBLE!!!!!

Since we did a late check in we had to sleep with the room like that, there was hair in the shower, on the sheets, the room smelled super humid and there was sand in the chair. We called the next day and they cleaned everything. It was better and felt better afterwards.

Fishing Man Cave

First off, it was quiet, no issues with security, what little interaction we had with staff was friendly...however... The photos do not represent the current condition of the facility. They may be several years old. Don't bring your wife or children unless they are your fishing buddies. Not well maintained. Pool areas needed work. Physical metal key does not work in the deadbolt, but does in the doorknob which clearly has been forced opened with a pry bar. Salt air has taken a toll on any metal surface in the hotel room. Old pieces of equipment left out in the car port area. Handyman work is subpar.

The Creekside is gorgeous but the rooms itself are disappointing to say the least. It’s for sure motel style which would be fine if the inside of the door frame wasn’t rubbed out as if someone tried to force entry. The room smelt so badly of mold and bleach cleaner it was hard to stay in there. Rust stains dripping in shower, dirty sticky floor

Terrible service arranging for my late check-in. Person working the desk practically yelled at me for not reconfirming the day before even though I had talked to somebody 2 days before that. Room was not clean. Water pressure was awful. Sink faucet moved when you used it and made a sound like a mouse dying when you turned it. Water leaked from sink the last night covering floor in water. Despite advertisement, there is no discount given at local gym..the clerk just shrugged and said they don't do that anymore but was kind enough to point the direction to the gym. Tried to use the pool only to find a scuba class from an outside company using it for a class.

The room was reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the desk attendant was surly and did not replace burned out lightbulbs in our room. The description of the property was misleading in that it said the room was “creekside“ when in fact, the entryway and large window was originally intended to face the highway.

Beautiful Motel

The creekside was immaculate, lovely clean airy room. Nice bed linen and covers. Bathroom had lots of little extras like , shampoo, body cleansing soap, shower cap, body lotion etc.The staff were lovely. The area was nice with a very good restaurant Lido 73 next door on the waterfront. Quiet area and safe.

Advised the inn staff five times in advance by direct phone conversations and message reminders that we were checking in after midnight. We ended up waiting for half hour in the pouring rain before onsite overnight manager came to assist. We never received an apology for the Inconvenience. Major construction and equipment outside the inn made for an ugly area and very slow driving.

Clean simple place to stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Two pools open. Close to kayak rental. Close to a small bar and restaurant. The only thing we really didn’t like was that the curtains were not blackout curtains so the street lights were shining in our faces all night.
