I have stayed at this hotel before and I really enjoyed it. This time the charged us to dock our boat which is absolutely OK. Bit expensive they should definitely post that on the website However shower broke we had no water. We went fishing and could not shower afterwards!!!!No one to call next day front desk ladies could not do anything manager and owner not available to help my husband had to fix shower!!!!! Terrible situation

Creek Side is great, clean, quiet, safe and accessible. Front office is closed about half the time but once you check in it’s all good. You need to request cleaning during your stay. Will stay there again when fishin in Islamorada.

Clean, efficient room overlooking the creek. Enjoyed watching passing kayakers. Comfortable bed. Kind, accommodating staff. Could have used a couple of comfortable chairs!

Front desk woman tried to charge me for my service animal, I'm a Vet. Had to call manager. My wife asked the woman at the desk about the TV guide on remote and the she rolled her eyes at Her. Could not lock window in room #1! So next day they moved us. Room #2's A/C did not produce any cold air, very hot night in that one. Manager says it must have stopped working because we must have left the door open or something, so then they moved us to another room. Each move resulted in a smaller and smaller room. Finally room #3!!! The shower would only give you either super hot water or super cold water, no in-between. In each of the three rooms, all of the floors were sticky and felt dirty, (even with the overwhelming smell of cleaner. They spray some type of cleaning solution on the sufaces in the rooms which smell so strong and harsh that the second you open the door, the smell literally takes your breath away. The smell is like you mixed corlox bleach with fabuloso then added spick-n-span with a touch of comet. The next morning my voice had actually changed from the smell and typically nothing bothers me. Even the TV screen was coated with that cleaner-spray. Most of the female front desk staff were very rude to the point even the manager advised he was firing one of them that week. The only one which was nice was the youngest one. I will say the manager did try but the facility is just beyond repair. Sherry the housekepper was very nice. They should promote Sherry to frontdesk.
Could not lock the waist-high room window. Had to find a stick at 11pm to secure it so we could go to sleep.

Adorable little room right on the canal! Had everything you could ask for…fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV and A/C! Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming with recommendations for dining.

Overall disappointing, staff is unfriendly and confrontational, being on the canal was great but the rooms amenities were unimpressive...furniture was ok, bed was not the most comfortable and the 3legged table unsafe and unstable. Pillows were paper thin, towels small and thin...I would not return or recommend this hotel.

Great location and staff very efficient , friendly and helpful . We enjoyed chatting with all of them . However the property was average at best . Bed was hard and pillows terrible . Had to go purchase my own pillow . Our air conditioning unit sprung a lake and flooded room floor . The location on the channel was nice . This property has yet to reach its full potential. Restaurants near were great . Pros and cons you see . Would I go back ?? Likely not .

What a beautiful stay with all the staff and guests of Creekside Inn (including resident mantees)! Visited with my mom for her bday trip to Florida. Staying at this quaint lil canal based inn truly made our trip memorable! Will visit again! Thanks again to the amazing handyman for retrieving my ring that fell down the drain! Thank you so much!!!
