Clean, practical, with most things you need, an iron and hairdryer too. I would have liked to have had plant based milk cartons in my room instead of dairy though, so l could have enjoyed a cuppa in my room. Shower head is fixed to the wall too, making it difficult to shower properly. But otherwise all was good. Staff are very friendly but not enough of them on reception. Cafe is nice, again, vegan options not as obvious as I'd have liked. I spent ages trying to work that all out. Generally a nice stay though.

We had a fabulous weekend, the room was clean and comfortable. The facilities throughout the club were excellent.

The location and landscaped gardens are exceptional. The staff were all friendly. The standard of the catering very high.

I had just developed a minor medical condition which means using a wheelchair. One to one safety briefing and a ground floor suitable room was provided. Friendly efficient staff and stunning views across Plymouth from the Penthouse restaurant.

We loved the stay the staff where very kind although the room could of had a clean as bathroom was not the cleanest but the food 5 star
