Just stayed for one night at the Moxy last night in a Queen size room but would have certainly been happy to have stayed for longer if required. Just 3 years old, the hotel still looks fresh and well cared for. The place had a happy vibrant buzz with cheerful, polite and friendly staff. The rooms are modern, contemporary and stylish, with firnishings and fittings that maximise the space but are easy on the eye. They contain all you need for a relaxing stay. Perfectly clean with good quality pillows, a comfortable mattress and the whitest fluffiest towels I have seen in a long time. Conveniently situated for easy walking access to Plymouth city centre, the Barbican and the Hoe with parking both onsite ( small ) or very close by in Brunel Way car park in the road opposite ( 12 hours for £6.50). We didn't eat on site but did use the bar ( great night service) and were told that they could supply us with plates and cutlery if we wanted to order a takeway via Deliveroo. All in all a great stay and we would definitely stay again and use the Moxy chain in other cities.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the room was immaculate, really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was amazing ! Lots to choose from, will definitely stay again!

Generally our stay was good but a few things let the hotel down a little. When checking in there weren’t enough staff on reception so it meant we were waiting for a while. Some of the staff seemed a little mardy, and not just with us but with other customers too. The shower in our room wasn’t powerful at all and struggled to get up to temperature, if at all. We thought the hotel looked a bit tired around the edges as well. But if you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Plymouth that’s close to things to do then this is a good choice. Just be aware that it might not tick all your boxes.

Staff were helpful and very polite. Room was a bit cramped and not very well laid out.

Good value for money but older property with accompanying quirks. Staff very friendly. Bathroom and corner showers very small. Breakfast super.

The appartment was excellant - it was clean - every equipment you could ask for in the Kitchen - the staff were friendly and helpful - the Swimming pool Sauna and jacuzzi was great - everything about this property was great - even had peacocks wondering around
