Super clean for an older place!

The first thing we noticed when we walked into the building that our room was in was how CLEAN everything smelled! The room was super clean, and well stocked with extra towels for the hot tub in our room. The staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a clean, no frills place, this os absolutely perfect!

Alpena is a small town. We had never been there so deciding on a place to stay wasn't easy. We could not have been more pleased with this Wyndham Days Inn. It was in walking distance to a Wal-mart, Applebees, and several other stores. That was nice. Also the room was huge in size compared to other places we stayed. We stayed 5 nights and would do it again!

Conveniently located for our purposes. Close to almost anything of interest in Alpena. The online posting should indicate that the included breakfast is only continental. The other Days Inn locations that we’ve stayed at over the past several years have included a hot breakfast. (ie Gaylord which is one of the best Days Inns we’ve ever experienced.) The small amount that we saved by staying here versus another of the hotels in town that include a hot breakfast wasn’t enough to justify staying here rather than with one of them. Next time…..
