The parking situation has changed. The valet service is a nice touch but needs some adjustment. The area in front of the lobby gets jammed with cars. On exiting the hotel our vehicle was left unlocked keys inside and no attendant near the car. We packed up and let with no interaction with any staff. Other than that great stay

The hot cocoa bar was adorable when you first walk in. I do wish there was a sign at the front of the building to check in first then park, the sign was up in the valet area and we saw it too late. But the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and updated. Our bathroom door was extremely hard to open. It kept coming off the rail. The bathroom was very clean. I do wish the curtain closed all the way to block the light. We had two sets of curtains and the light blocking ones only covered half of the window. Check out was easy and parking was also easy. We will definitely come back next year for the track meet again.

I booked a king suite, which was the main reason I chose this hotel, but upon arrival I was given a standard queen room. The front desk’s response was basically “take it or leave it,” with no apology or effort to fix the issue. This feels like a double standard! guests are charged in full if they can’t make it, but the hotel takes no responsibility when they don’t honor reservations. The room itself was very basic and disappointing: no tea/coffee maker, no hair dryer, and it felt old and not very clean. Breakfast was extremely limited! just eggs and sausage. I honestly don’t trust the high ratings for this place. Overall, not worth the price, with rude reception and poor service. Indoor Parking was good and easy.
