– Poor heating and plumbing issues I honestly don’t understand why the rates here are so high compared to other hotels. I’ve stayed at several hotels over the past week, and this was by far the worst experience. To start, the lobby is freezing, and the guest rooms are no better. The heating system is fundamentally flawed. Whenever the heater kicks in, it blows cold air for more than 5 minutes before barely producing any lukewarm air to reach the set temperature. Once the room reaches that temperature, it stops, only to restart later with another 5-minute blast of cold air. This cycle effectively lowers the room temperature every time it runs. I am genuinely worried about catching a cold while sleeping. A technician came to check, but his only advice was to "turn up the heat," which is completely useless since the initial cold air blast happens regardless of the temperature setting. The shower is even worse. The cold water pressure is strong, but the hot water pressure is incredibly weak, making it nearly impossible to take a proper shower. I am deeply disappointed with the facility and the lack of a real solution. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

First off, I booked a room with 2 queens, but when I got there they said there are no such rooms available and asked me to move to a king with a sofa bed. Didn’t like it but I can’t help but accepting it. The room was bigger, but I found the room temperature impossible to control. On top of that sink water was either very hot or cold. Extremely dissatisfying and would not recommend it.
