Cons: Small parking garage that got full in no time so the only option was to valet or park at a neighboring hotel parking lot and walk over The floor I was staying on had pet stains near the elevators One of the elevators was broken so there was always a long line to use the one small elevator Our shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere on the floor and walls Pros: Breakfast was included and tasty Hospitality was great Complimentary valet (tip) Comfortable beds Clean Spacious rooms Clean indoor pool

A group of friends and I went to celebrate a birthday. The room was clean and smelled amazing. Staff was very nice and accommodating. My only complaints are the lack of parking in the lot and the pool isn’t heated. Besides those two things my stay was great

The staff starting with Miss Brendal was vry customer servic oriented. She and her saff,went out of their way to make myself,brother and his wife feelvery welcomed. We had a family emergency ,and they went over andabove to make arrangements for our stay. Breakfast buffet was clean,varied from oatmeal,real scrambled eggs,pastries,yogurt,cereal,Bacon,and even to red velvet waffle batter.Highly recommend this hotel.

Bien comme hotel pour séjourner quand in visite new york mais quelques irritants comme le parking est un garage étagé et dinc si on a un gros véhicule on doit stationner de l'autre côté de la rue dans le stationnement dun autre hotel et malheureusement la réception nest pas au courant de ce qui peut se passer dans ce stationnement et nest pas accomodante. Le déjeuner est varié mais les oeufa étaient trop souvent froid. Ils ne font pas le suivi sur leurs chariots a bagages dinc nous avons du attendre plus de 20 minutes pour que la réception aille sur les étages en trouver un. Les laveuses et secheuses fonctionnent seulement avec carte de credit.

This hotel is really nice because of the great rooms. Really nice decor and great to have a suite instead of a regular hotel room. Breakfast was adequate. People at the front desk and in the breakfast room were really nice. When I first came to the hotel, It was difficult to get into the complementary valet parking line or the Line to get into the garage. I had to park across the street at the Marriott and walk over with my luggage. Fortunately, the situation did not occur again during my stay. I did have an issue with the shower as I found the floor slippery. Never had that happen before. Otherwise, if the price is right, I will return to this hotel.

I booked 2 rooms. When book it asked who would be occupying my room. I listed my adult daughter. Hotels.com booked it as 2 separate reservations which i did not want. After clearing things up i left. When i returned to go to my room i realized all 4 keys were for the same room. I was only given 1 room...after sorting that out..the room i got was filthy. I didnt have the energy to say anything but the counters and tables were dirty. The rugs reaked of dirty feet like someone with really cheesy feet was walking around barefoot. Then it had lingering odor of a dirty diaper. I actually search to see if one was left somewhere. The other room was fkne though.

Spacious, clean and with a nice view

out of places in NJ located close to Manhattan - probably my favorite: spacious, clean and with a nice view of Manhattan. Our only complain was that the air from the vent above blows straight into the bed - ok in winter time when it's warm, but could be a health problem when the cold AC is on.
