Pretty much everything you named in your question. I had an extremely clean studio room with a bath tub, the staff, was very accommodating. I didn’t choose to get any of the amenities due to it being such a short stay but all in all it was a very pleasant stay just as it was the last time and all of my many stays at the Stevenson Ranch-CA location.

I’m giving this place a high rating because of the friendliness of the staff especially the gentleman that checked us in whose name was Michael. He was so friendly and accommodating and even when I checked out the following day he was still just as friendly. Everybody should be Just as amazing as he is and Hilton should use him as an example.

Hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Area was quiet and there was plenty of parking. Room was a bit smaller than average. Hot water was plentiful, water pressure excellent. Rooms not fully modernized...not yet updated but the beds were comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was good...enough variety to get properly fueled for the day and coffee was brewed well...strong enough for a coffee addict like me. Would stay there again. Only real issue is that i chose a room that was listed on hotels.com as having two queens and a sofa bed only to find out there was no sofa bed and not much i could do other than adapt.

The carpet was past dirty. I only had bare feet after arriving to our room and when I got into the shower I left dirty footprints. Also big spot by window and the area where folks walked was way darker than edges. The cleaning staff did as good a job as they possibly could given the condition of the room
