Great spot!

We stayed here during Telluride Jazz Festival and really enjoyed it. The property was exactly as pictured and clean and the location was perfect (right behind Clark’s Market and a 15 minute walk to town park) We come to Telluride several times a year and would stay here again!

Christmas in Telluride

This condo was perfect for us for Christmas in Telluride! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We could easy walk to ski lifts as well as town. Clark’s grocery is in the same complex. Each bedroom is on a separate floor so everyone has nice privacy. It was cold a snowed while we were in Telluride and we were perfectly warm in this condo. The owners even had the condo decorated for Christmas, such a nice touch! I would recommend this highly!

The property was excellent and the property manager, Lisa, was very helpful. My only comment is there are alot of steps. We are mobile enough that it wasn't a problem. Guests may not be prepared or able to handle all the steps.

Family ski vacation

We had 4 adults in our group and the condo was perfect for us. The place was very clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was stocked much better than most rentals, which was very helpful. We called maintenance one time, for a minor issue, and they responded immediately. The location was great, and we were able to ski-in and ski-out without carrying our gear very far. We walked to restaurants and shopping, and the grocery store was 1/2 block from the condo. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable!

Really wonderful condo! This home had new appliances, comfortable furniture, and was well stocked with everything including great tea and coffee and anything you might need. The management was very responsive with any questions. We loved it here and look forward to staying here in our next trip to telluride!

Great location and walking distance to everything. Very nice set up with everything you would need. Fabulous 3 bedroom 2.5 bath to spread out. Great relaxing recliners for the evenings by the fire. Very comfortable.

European Feeling Condo in Telluride

We really enjoyed our stay in Telluride. We hiked Blue Lakes and Bridal Veil Falls and both were great hikes (Blue Lakes is a fairly challenging all-day hike). Our family of six adults really enjoyed the condo. It is a very modern, updated, European-feeling condo with a well-stocked kitchen. It is within walking distance of all downtown destinations and has a grocery store within a few hundred feet of the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nicely updated condo with great furnishings. Only drawback was the community hot tub being closed, but the steam feature in the shower helped make up for it. Easy and quick communication with property management. Would book it again.

The property is in a great location, easy walking to everything. Management was easy to work with & very responsive. The washer & dryer is a big plus. Bedrooms are on 3 different stories. The front door is a flight of steps up, no elevator. Bedding had a very musky, dirty smell, we spent all day washing bedding for all three rooms before we could sleep on them. The overall smell in the condo is musky, & dirty. Had to buy room air fresheners. No fans had to buy 2 box fans for bedrooms, & used in the living room in the afternoon as it got hot. Left bread & chips on the kitchen counter and a mouse had chewed a hole in the bread & left his rat poop on the counter. I'm sure that is not exclusive to this condo as we saw a cat chasing a mouse as we passed by a home in town. The owner may look at upgrading by taking out all carpet as it carries a very musky, dirty smell. Adding box fans to the bedrooms and living room to help cool off the areas. Living room chairs and dining table are poor quality. A round dining table would work better for the area and adding 2 nicer living room chairs would make a much better impression.

We had a fairly large group in Telluride for a baseball tournament. There were 4 families that stayed nearby and all of them like our condo the best. Very easy check-in/out process and responsive to questions or requests during our stay. Would definitely come back

Everything we were looking for and more

Excellent vacation condo, even under covid-19 conditions. The setting, privacy, custom beauty, comforts, layout, and amenities inside made this a relaxing space to be for seven days. The location gave us walking and cycling access to all that we wanted to do. Did not have to drive after parking, and loved it. A fine foods market was practically on-property. A gondola to Mountain Village was within three blocks or so. The property's hot tubs were not available during our stay for covid-19 reasons, but were not expected to be. The unit was immaculate and well supplied. The fridge, dishwasher, and cooking utility was solid. Nearly all windows opened and allowed in fresh air. Nearby renovations on other units across a courtyard were reasonable in duration, hours, and seldom produced noise. Beds were comfortable, blankets plentiful, and fixtures custom. Trash and recycling location, once found was easy to use, but I'd recommend more conspicuous directions in property binder. Highly recommend the stay, the management, and the positive experience.
