Great hotel but gave it a lower rating because the top bed quilt was soiled on both sides. I called the front desk and they told me to just take it off and throw it on the floor. I did so but my wife had an uneasy feeling all night with sleeping on the bed.

I completed the pre check-in before arrival. When I arrived at 10:00, we were expected. We were quite tired after a long day! Desk clerk asked if we had any pets. No... When we got to our room, there was a dog barking and whining loudly in a nearby room. Obviously left alone, and needed attention. I asked for a different room, which was provided quickly. We were settling in, and watching some television before going to sleep, when our phone rang at 11:15. It was the desk clerk telling us there was a noise complaint from someone on our floor. It was so bizarre, as we were not making any noise, and the television was low. It was almost as if she was calling any random room to ask if they were making noise. Bizarre. When we woke up in the morning, it was a Monday holiday, and we went down for breakfast at 9:00. The door was closed and a sign said breakfast was over. Unbelievable! On a holiday weekend! BTW - the clerk said nothing about wifi passwords, or breakfast time. Very impersonal. Otherwise, the hotel was amazing!
