Unbelievably Filthy

Truly a terrible experience, felt like I was in a prison. The showers were visibly dirty, the floors were unswept and there were stains on the couches. Wouldn’t book again

The absolute worst place to stay... EVER!

By far the most disgusting dirty hotel I have ever experienced. Roaches (multiple) crawling on the food in the dining room, dirty room, with sticky carpet, hair in the bathroom, and a strong perfume/chemical smell that was definatly there to cover up something gross... and this was the replacement room after the first one we were given had trash all over, and the beds were stripped as if they'd been in the middle of cleaning and forgot to finish. Oh... and the air-conditioning was out on a 92 degree day. I would not go back there ever. I'm still hoping I didn't bring home bed bugs.

I normally don’t post reviews or comment on places, but if you’re planning to sleep in Texarkana, pass this place right on by!! I stayed here last October on my way back to San Antonio. It was far from a 5 star place then, but it was a solid 3.5. 10 months later, it went from eh, doable, to dear God avoid it like a cold sore sketchy! Restaurant, no longer there. The room, smells like sweat and bad decisions and the elevator has all the excitement of a wooden roller coaster missing most of the screws. When I told the front desk that I rode down with the grim reaper, she told he that she knew. I’m assuming he also walks her out to her car at night. It has the same snuggly safety feel as buying food from a homeless guy. Actually, this place makes buying food from a homeless guy seem like a solid decision.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed it, super gross and very dirty inside the hotel room. Shower had black mold, the curtains had red stains, there were stains on the walls. Fitness center closed and when I told staff they opened the door, went inside and none of the machines worked except 1. They told me that’s why they keep it closed.

The window in our room was just a sheet of plexiglass and not very secure. No hot water, walls were dirty, chair in our room had no legs on it so it was sitting on the floor, ceiling had a crack in it, black mold in the tub and sink. That is just some of the issues.

Grounds are full of weeds. Common area AC is window units and windows are cracked. Walls are worn and have patchy paint. I’m a wheelchair user and could barely fit through the bathroom door and had to use the lobby restroom for hygiene.

NOT CLEAN. NEEDS REPAIRS.

The pictures DO NOT match the state of the room. Very outdated, not clean and needs so many repairs! There is no way this should be a three star hotel. It might be 2 stars at best, but I have stayed at motels that were better.
Every cup had holes in the plastic wrapper.
The elevator is missing indicator covers and they don't light up.
