Good stay I can say

It’s was okay, the bedding was great, front desk was nice, waffles were great but the biscuits and gravy not much, the biscuits didn’t seem well done and the gravy was tasted as it was not heated up, like juts came straight out of the can and didn’t even heat up, and the the tv had a remote with beat up looking batteries in it and I had go to front desk to get another remote, the second one volume button did not work and I had to get another and the one I used was working. And also I was in room 112 near the side door, I almost didn’t feel safe due to that door was loosed open and guest were saying there was a guy standing outside of that door, I guess he was strange but I did report to front desk about the side door being loosed. But blessings and miracles to the staff and their property. Thank you!

Not bad, nothing upscale

Npt a bad place to sleep and shower; several substance users on property as guests. Only 1 elevator worked and side exit door never locked for safety. Looks like it has seen much better days and may be in the renovation stage.

Had to go to the third room to find one for the TV worked and didn’t smell like a pet in the room. Stairwells are filthy. multiple doors to exterior broken and don’t lock. Front desk girl did not seem to be sympathetic to my issues. She said she could call maintenance, but she had no idea when they would be here. I will never ever stay here again.

The majority of the light bulbs in our room were out so you couldn’t turn on any of the lamps. Not to mention, the remote in our room was not programmed to the tv, you couldn’t turn the volume up/down or turn it off. We mentioned this to the front desk and waited over an hour for someone to come and fix it before we gave up and told them not to bother.
