Night in Shamrock

Check in went very smoothly. We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was very nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Great stay

Nice hotel, nice affordability. Breakfast was okay, the surrounding area was fine, nothing extreme. We did not stay long and did not look for restaurants or fun activities. Room was great, the hotel definitely adds extra touches. Would stay again for sure.

Great staff professionalism!!

We entered late. The party in front of us was upset because they reserved a room for one and came in with 5 people. The check in staff handled the situation with such grace and professionalism. Even after he corrected the issue, the people still complained (like maybe he could change hotel policy at midnight).... The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was spacious and fit my family of 5 (with 2 larger teenage boys!) and it was priced perfectly! We will definitely return!!!

Was a fantastic hotel! Front desk was very friendly, cold ac, extremely clean room and bathroom. Beds were comfy and room was quiet. Plan to make that my stop next time I go through that way!

The breakfast was awful. Stale muffins, coffee was not working extremely weak and nasty tasting. The gravy for biscuits was ice cold only thing that looked good was the waffles. Very poor food considering what I’ve been exposed to while traveling.
