Would not recommend. Had to change rooms to second floor as we were told “sometimes door locks don’t work”. Got to our second room to find a busted up door that barely closed and became unlocked after we left, no working AC, stains.

So we always try to get a hotel that has an indoor pool for the kids. We had actually stayed at this one before. The kids went to the pool. No one was in it. They walked in and their eyes were hurting before even getting in the pool. They were in it for 10 minutes and had to get out, and ran to the restroom because they had to throw up!!! There were too many chemicals in the water or something. The kids said the same thing happed the last time we stayed there. The room they gave us was not clean. In the bathroom it looked like someone sprayed silly string in there and never got cleaned up. There was a used dirty q-tip on the nightstand right next to the telephone. The TV didn't work either. I don't know that I will be staying here again, or recomeding it to anyone either! Hope this helps anyone trying to stay there and helps the hotel to maybe work on these problems!!

Winstar just 10 miles away, but the hotel is way older and rundown for the price. Staff were sweet and outside of hotel looks nice. It was clean just needs some renovations.

Very disappointed. Chose this hotel for fact it had hot tub. Check in and get all changed to walk over and find pool and hot tub out of service. I wish I would have been given notice before checking in. Zero notification from hotel or hotels.com. was looking forward to hot tub. Hotel is clean

I liked the location. This property desperately need renovations. The first room we were given only had half power. Elevator questionable. Food was eatable. Staff was nice. Did not get bedbugs.

The motel is showing age..beat up furniture, walls that have been damaged and poorly repaired. We booked a king bed but when we checked in they didn't have one for us. The bathroom needs towel bars and the toilet was ridiculously short. For the price we paid overall not worth it.

Nightmare!!

We paid close to $200 a night because of the indoor pool and hot tub for my son's 18th birthday. Their pool was not working and their hot tub was not working. They had a room with a hot tub but wanted me to pay $160 extra per night. The room that they put us in had a loud ring from the AC unit. They had to put us in another room. The breakfast that they served, the bacon was under cooked and biscuits were crumbly. The gravy was gross too. The manager was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. We will NEVER stay there again.

Our stay was more of an emergency stay due to car repairs. We checked in late so ended up with last room available. Key card wouldn't work so had to go back down and get another one. The heat unit was beeping so had to have maintenance come up. Room was comfortable enough for us to at least have a bed for the night. Had to leave early so didn't try the breakfast. May or may not stay again since the rate was on the higher end.

The facility was not very well maintained. The access to the facility was not well marked and difficult due to construction. The check in time was excessive due to computer issues. Conveniences including ice machines on certain floors were not working and vending locations were very under stocked.
