The air conditioner in the room sounded like it was ready to blow up. I’ve never heard one so loud that still functioned. The only other room available had only a double bed. Then, with almost every room sold, the pool was shut down and locked around 7pm on a Saturday night

The room, staff, and amenities were just fine. The staff was very friendly and effective. However, my neighbor “Uncle Mike” had quite a lot of traffic to his room. And when I say traffic, I mean in the drug sense. If I were to guess I would say meth one of uncle Mike’s customers came knocking at my door at 3 o’clock in the morning, and when you realized he had the wrong room, he mumbled some swear words and went to uncle Mike’s room next-door. They have long-term residence at this hotel, which I was unaware of, and as I’ve stated they’re involved in some less than savory activities. Also, there was a woman in a wheelchair in uncle Mike’s room who is neglected and spent most of one night screaming and crying. I don’t think there was anyone in the room with her. This is not a family, friendly lodging, and I will not be staying there again and I will also be posting a strongly-worded google review.

The room was in poor conditions. Furniture is old, outdated, chipped & worn out. Picture frames were also chipped & old. Needed ice, the ONE ice machine on the whole property wasn’t working.

Very kind and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I think that they should rebrand. Budget Inn suggests a place that is not as clean and comfortable as this.

The good: Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Maintenance guy was very polite. The not good: Room is rough. Moldy grout around tub, furniture in bad shape, bathroom door so warped it wouldn't close. If you don't have any options it will work, but I would not want to be there with my family.
