I would love it if there was a water bottle filling station next to the ice machines on every floor vs. only down a hallway on the 1st floor. It would be much more convenient than taking the elevator to get water. Candy at the front desk is a GEM! Terrific personality,so friendly, very welcoming, so helpful! 10/10 for him!

The young man at the front desk was awesome! He was kind, polite, helpful, friendly, attentive and fun to be around for the crowd. He did his job, and then went out of his way to help others.

The property was great our room was clean and beds were comfortable. the bathtub was very slick and my husband and I nearly fell in the shower!! The non slip applications are gone ! Some one is going to get hurt especially the age of your clients.

Enjoyable stay visiting family at the Villages. Breakfast room offered nice quick options. Unfortunately the shampoo and liquid soap in shower was empty. Big disappointment because I couldn’t wash my hair.

The toilet seat had poop on it when we got there. Room 234. I had to clean it off before we used it. I always inspect the toilet seat before I use one. Other than that, everything else was ok.
