I tried checking in and the hotel didn’t have any Information about it. Trying to cancel was a nightmare after going through the automated bs. And then finally getting a person and then getting transferred. I hopefully will see a refund and huge apology for this disaster I had to deal with!

The room was clean and staff were nice. Location wasn’t bad either. The only thing I didn’t like was that breakfast was only till 9:30 on the weekends which didn’t make any sense to me. Outside of that though I had a pleasant experience.
